1. Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 Eligible Services
The following services are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee:
- VPS Hosting (all plans)
- Minecraft Hosting (all plans)
- Web Hosting (all plans)
1.2 Coverage Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of:
- Initial purchase date
- Service activation date (whichever is later)
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request within 7 days of purchase
- Service has major issues we cannot resolve
- Service was not delivered as described
- Technical problems prevent normal use
2.2 Partial Refunds
Pro-rated refunds may be provided for:
- Extended service outages (>24 hours)
- Downgrade requests (difference refunded)
- Cancelled annual plans (unused months refunded)
2.3 No Refunds
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Requests after 7-day guarantee period
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Suspended or terminated accounts due to abuse
- Services already used extensively (>70% of resources)
- Domain registration fees (handled by third parties)
- Setup fees or migration fees
- Add-on services (IPs, extra resources)
- Coupon or promotional discounts
- Change of mind after 7 days
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket via Discord
- Or email: billing@nordenvps.dk
- Include: Order ID, email, reason for refund
- We'll review within 24-48 hours
3.2 Review Process
Our team will:
- Verify your eligibility
- Attempt to resolve any technical issues first
- Process approved refunds within 5-10 business days
3.3 Processing Time
- Credit Card/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Klarna: 7-14 business days
Note: Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Contact support via Discord or email
- Or cancel through Stripe billing portal
- Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
4.2 After Cancellation
- Service remains active until end of paid period
- Data retained for 7 days after expiration
- Backups available for 7 days (contact us)
- After 7 days, all data permanently deleted
4.3 No Refund After Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you want a refund, you must request it separately within the 7-day guarantee period.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems:
- Contact support immediately
- We'll attempt to resolve within 24 hours
- If unresolved, refund may be issued
5.2 Billing Errors
For incorrect charges or billing errors:
- Contact billing@nordenvps.dk immediately
- We'll investigate and correct within 48 hours
- Incorrect charges refunded in full
5.3 Service Downtime
For extended outages:
- Outages >24 hours: Pro-rated credit or refund
- Multiple outages: Case-by-case review
- Scheduled maintenance excluded
6. Subscription Management
6.1 Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions auto-renew unless:
- You cancel before renewal date
- Payment method fails
- Account suspended or terminated
6.2 Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- We'll retry 3 times over 7 days
- Service suspended after 3 failed attempts
- Terminated after 14 days of non-payment
- No refund for partial month usage
7. Upgrades & Downgrades
7.1 Upgrades
- Effective immediately
- Pro-rated charge for current period
- New rate applies to next billing cycle
7.2 Downgrades
- Effective at next billing cycle
- Credit issued for price difference
- Applied to next invoice
8. Disputes
8.1 Chargebacks
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks:
- Result in immediate account suspension
- May result in permanent ban
- Incur additional fees
- Affect future service eligibility
8.2 Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied:
- Contact support first: support@nordenvps.dk
- Request to speak with a manager
- We'll work to resolve within 48 hours
- Escalate to formal dispute if needed
9. Promotional Offers
For discounted or promotional pricing:
- Refund based on amount actually paid
- Not based on original/list price
- Promotional discounts cannot be refunded separately
10. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for refunds on:
- Domain registrations (contact domain registrar)
- SSL certificates from third parties
- External software licenses
- Third-party add-ons
11. Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refunds for:
- Accounts involved in fraudulent activity
- Terms of Service violations
- Abuse of refund policy
- Multiple refund requests
