Welcome to NordenVPS. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By purchasing or using NordenVPS services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use our services responsibly and ethically

2. Service Descriptions

2.1 VPS Hosting

Virtual Private Server hosting with dedicated resources as specified in your chosen plan. Setup time is typically within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

2.2 Minecraft Hosting

Managed Minecraft server hosting through Pterodactyl panel. Instant setup with automated provisioning after payment.

2.3 Web Hosting

Managed web hosting services through Pterodactyl panel with support for various platforms and frameworks.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

Illegal activities or content
Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
DDoS attacks or network abuse
Spam or unsolicited bulk email
Copyright infringement or pirated content
Adult content or illegal material
Cryptocurrency mining (without prior approval)
Proxy or VPN services (without prior approval)

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing Cycle

All services are billed monthly in advance. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the next billing date.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna through Stripe payment processing.

4.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, your service may be suspended after 3 days. Services are terminated after 7 days of non-payment.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Existing customers maintain their current pricing until renewal.

5. Refund Policy

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6.1 Uptime Guarantee

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.

6.2 Support

Discord support: 24/7 response within 2 hours
Email support: Response within 24 hours
Emergency issues: Immediate response

7. Data & Backups

7.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we provide automated backups, they are not guaranteed.

7.2 Data Retention

Data is retained for 7 days after service termination. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue services with notice
Update hardware and software
Perform maintenance with minimal disruption

9. Account Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your service at any time through the control panel or by contacting support.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms & Conditions
Fail to pay for services
Engage in abusive or illegal activities
Compromise network security or stability

10. Limitations of Liability

NordenVPS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Data loss or corruption
Service interruptions or downtime
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

11. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant us the right to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

12. Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining secure passwords
Keeping your software updated
Securing your applications and data
Notifying us of security breaches

13. Abuse & Complaints

To report abuse or violations, contact: abuse@nordenvps.dk

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation
Mediation if necessary
Arbitration in Copenhagen, Denmark

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Legal jurisdiction is Copenhagen, Denmark.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Major changes will be announced via email.
